Welcome to the Home page of Barmonds Little Badgers.

We run Free Introduction to Mini-Soccer sessions on Saturday mornings 10-11am next to the Bowls green at the King George V Playing Fields. These sessions are aimed at boys and girls under the age of 7.

The sessions are designed to introduce the basic technical skills needed to play competitive football using small sided fun games.

• Shooting (Everyone loves shooting).
• Passing a football with various parts of the foot.
• Receiving the ball with various parts of the foot.
• Running mechanics with and without the ball.
• Turning on the ball.
• Shielding the ball.
• Creating and using space.
• Introducing the ZONES: Defense, Midfield & Attack.

These sessions allow younger children the time to learn these core skills in a safe and fun environment without the pressure that match day brings.
