Bedrooms: Two bedrooms, one double and one twin.

Living Room: Cosy living room with one of the best open fires in the Highlands! There is a flat screen TV, Sky, DVD Player and a selection of books, DVD's and games available to use.

Kitchen: Fully fitted kitchen and utility area with gas cooker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, toaster and washing machine. There is also a DAB radio / CD player / iPod docking station.

Bathroom: With wash hand basin, WC, bath and electric shower.

Linen / Towels: All linen, bedding and towels are provided together with tea towels and oven gloves.

Cleaning: Normal cleaning is included in the rental price. Excess cleaning may be charged for accordingly if the cottage is not left in a reasonable condition.

Heating & Hot Water: Some fuel is provided on arrival for the coal fire (more can be purchased locally). There is central heating with radiators in all rooms. Electricity is charged at cost and deducted from the deposit.
