Kinley won the Purple Helmet on Saturday. His gross 34, less his 1 handicap, for a nett 33 was enough to give him victory by a two stroke margin from Raymie Stanger who just pipped Bruce Moar on the countback. Kinley's gross score was a staggering 1 under par and given the conditions (gale force winds) and the ball he was using, must be one of the finest rounds of his golfing career.

It's fair to say the day was a big success and everyone that ventured out to Sanday made it back safely, apart from the van!

Daz lost his wallet so if anyone can shed any light on its whereabouts get in touch. He last remembered having it at about half four. Got another email from him last night saying that he is missing his Cleveland golf clubs and his black Nike golf shoes have gone walkabouts too.
