Not known for his staying prowess Ram Jam surprised many on the eve of the 5th Auld Boy’s Championship when after a tea-time sesh in the Royal he turned up at a local wedding and danced the night away until the wee sma’ hours! The fact he had surpassed himself at the wedding must have had an effect on his golf the next day and his fall from grace was complete when he was awarded the Hamlet trophy with a gross score of 140. Since 2007 Ram Jam has been an ever-present at the ABC and we thank him for making the effort to attend.

We like when Ram Jam comes home. It takes the pressure off the rest of us!
