Delivery and Refunds

 Payment

All payments must clear before delivery can be arranged. We can accept cash in person when you collect your new fish.

Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a refund excluding any delivery charges.

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including, but not limited to:

Unwanted aquatics

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged.

 

Dead On Arrival

We take pride in dealing in only quality tropical fish. To back this up, we offer a DOA guarantee. If you receive any fish that have died in transit, we will refund you for your loss.

To Qualify For Our Guarantee:
You must sign for your order on the initial attempt at delivery by our shipping agent.

If a specimen is deceased upon arrival, you must take a photograph of the deceased specimen in its unopened transit bag then notify us by phone the same day you receive it. Please call us on 07932354537 or email williammck5@hotmail.com to report your loss.

 

Delivery

You may come and collect your fish to save money on delivery.

We will endeavour to despatch all orders placed by the following day.

We deliver to anywhere in the Northern Ireland at a cost of £10, (we can deliver to UK mainland please call for prices) Delivery can only be arranged by phone or email.

Out of stock items will go onto a backorder list and will be despatched when they are ready.

 Please Note- We do not use heat packs in summer as it puts you delivery cost up and destroys the enviroment.

Cancelation Of Your Order

You have the right to cancel any order within seven days If you do cancel your order, you will have 95% your payment returned. 5% of the payment is for admin fees.
