Positive action to STOP RIOTS

Although the London and other city riots may be caused by reasons not discussed here,  the break down of law and order must not continue.

The answer is to confiscate the mobile phones from all those taking part.   Give the owner a ticket, say a raffle ticket, and put the other half on the phone.   Treat each phone as a weapon.

The phones can then be checked for message content and proceeding taken later.

Without mobile phones there will be no communication within gangs.

This, at least, a positive start to restoring law and order.
