OVER PAEDOPHILE CASE
Introduction. The following information is published in good faith and on the understanding that it is the public domain, appearing on several websites. The information has also been sent to several newspapers for them to be aware of developments and to publish accordingly. Our concern is that the media appears to be steering away from this case and we want to know why?
In addition to the following text, there are videos at the foot of this page in which the saga is explained more fully.
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to you hoping you can help us in something terrible that is going down now, of which there is a massive cover-up in all British media - the papers and tv + radio - the subject being crimes of paedophilia which began on a young 6 year old Downs Syndrome sufferer called Hollie Greig.
Throughout Great Britain the case involving the crimes of sexual abuse Hollie Greig and 8 other young children had to suffer along with the paedophile perpetrators names have been systematically kept from being reported in the main media by a devious coverup , meaning the perpetrators of these appalling crimes have not yet been brought to justice and children will continue to be hurt as long as this unspoken coverup stays in place. The paedophiles involved in the ring in which they operated in Aberdeen, for 14 years in Hollies case, consisted of a top policeman {now deceased}, a High Sheriff, nurses, lawyers, social workers and more, including Hollies own father and brother. Hollies uncle Roy, who found out about the abuse his neice was suffering, threatened to go to the authorities but was murderered in very suspicious circumstances before he could. The attatched file from the "Palestine Telegraph", an online magazine, explains the entire situation but not all, as many other illegal activities have also been undertaken by certain police forces, Grampian and West Mercia to name just 2. I personally since March have submitted 5 crime reports detailing the crimes to Grampian police and to my local police, to which nothing has been done, so 3 official complaints have been issued relative to those, each one ignored also, so finally I am complaining to the head of complaints at the PCCS, which is getting nowhere. I have asked numerous times for FOI Act information and have been passed from pillar to post over that too, getting nowhere. On the 11th Feb. I issued a crime report as per the Palestine Telegraph report to the Grampian police commissioner J. Mcneill which hes not answered at all as yet, and my MP has refused to let me speak with him about the Hollie Greig case, so all i can do is send him a crime report A case with the IPCC of the Metropolitan police is proceeding after i was issued false stop and search papers on the 17 Sept at Lambeth at the popes visit there, this stop + search procedure happened because i was wearing a "justice for Hollie Greig" tshirt, to which the police showed great interest then and on the following day where i was shadowed by the same polkice officers for 4 hours on the march from Hyde Park Corner to Whitehall. I have much of what ive described on video.
Also the Procurator Fiscal in Scotland, who has lied on occasion about having knowledge of this case, has used public funds to pay her dubious lawyers Levy and McRae for actions undertaken by the law firm which must be investigated properly. The law firm appealed to the Press Complaints Commission trying to stop "The Drum" online site from reporting about these payments but the Press Commission denied their application for the stopping of reporting = {removed for this message to send}
The Procurator Fiscal, Elish Angilioni, has since resigned oddly from the post - her resignation coming into effect later in the spring.
She has acted appallingly throughout dealing with the Hollie Greig case, and her lies are even in writing in 2 letters shes sent {these are online at www.tpuc.com and can be sent on request} - one letter contradicting her statement in the other letter denying all knowledge of this case. The truth is shes known very much about this case since the year 2000 when it first came to her attention and her covering up of it began. She realised who some of the paedophiles were and she could not allow these names to become public knowledge, particularly the High Sheriff Buchanen named, and other presumed members of his family. In 2005 Hollie received £13,500 from the government department the "Criminal Injury Compensation Authority" even though no crimes have been documented and none of the paedophiles named have been questioned by the police except for the father. Surely the people whose money it was - the British taxpayer - have many rights to know exactly why this money was paid, who organised the payment and most important of all - if the payment was anything to do with injuries Hollie suffered over the years, which have been verified by various doctors as being consistent with injuries received from her body being used in sexual activities, and as stated by Hollie the perpetrators of these sexual activities have been named, yet only one in the list has ever been questioned by police, and that wasnt the one in the list that has been convicted for indecent behaviour in the front of a car.
Of course anybody in the respective governments is extremly reluctant to begin opening this gargantuan can of worms to investigate the countless accusations from paedophilic acts on 9 children, the murder of a family member of Hollies family, criminal damage done to 2 homes with thefts taking place from those 2 homes, the wrongful arrest of Robert Green on trumped up charges - the list of anomalies in this case goes on and on. There can be no doubt these crimes very much did take place and there are not only reports detailing Hollies injuries mentioned earlier, made by competant doctors, but there are many other reports to prove she is a fully competant and responsible witness, that she is truthful, has an excellent memory and not prone to fantasies, along with her mother Anne who has had many unpleasant dealings with the authorities whilst trying to get the truth told about the crimes that have taken place.
What is being kept from reporting by the major media is unprecedented - even the BBC'S "Panorama" was told it could report on the case according to its reporter Mark Daly, and there is a huge amount of documentation about the many aspects of the case, and many photographs of the hundreds of poundsworth of criminal damage done in one of the illegal raids - on the home of Anne and Hollie Greig whilst they were away on holiday.
Police from the West Mercia force broke into the home, and did a huge amount of damage whilst they remained there for an entire 3 hours turning the place upside down. Private property was taken - a computer and private paperwork. The horrendous amount of damage included the complete dismantlement and destruction of a burglar alarm system, it being left in pieces. Doors were left hanging off their hinges, along with the door handles and locks also. Why all this was done is incomprehensible, especially when the police were told by Hollies legal representative Robert Green when they called 90 minutes before the illegal raid, apparently to check on Hollie.They were told Hollie was fine and in no danger of any kind and had gone away on holiday with her mother Anne. Neither were under any restrictions or conditions of any kind, but the police apparently acted on Shropshire councils dubious concerns for Hollie, even though neither have actually ever spoken or had reason to. Having been told Hollie was fine, and away on holiday with her mother, officers of the West Mercia police force, along with Shropshire council employees, entered the home, ransacked it causing an untold amount of damage over a 3 hour period, and then left taking private property consisting of a computer and an amount of private paperwork. This was in June 2010, and the computer was finally returned in the December of 2010.
An anomaly regarding this event was that Shropshire Council took part in the raid, but on different occasions when asked about it the head of the council, Kym Ryley, denied all knowledge of it, even though at least 2 council employees were present there, according to police - a carpenter and a female who apparently sat in a car outside the premises. The Information Commissioner also found evidence that the council must have known about the raid after that department was contacted about it. Another odd occurrance is a connection between a known convict, a "Greg Lance-Watkins" {who has convictions for violence and firearms charges} and Shropshire council and the police, as a photograph which was taken during the raid on Annes abode turned up on the felons internet site days later, it being able to come into the felons possession only from being given to him by either the police or the council, for whatever reason. A most unsavoury character and a relationship a council would certainly want kept secret - perhaps the explanation for Mr. Ryleys reluctance to tell the truth when asked about the raid without a warrant, with the thefts also taken, including the photograph just mentioned, and also with the appalling amount of damage done for apparently no reason.
In closing I will add there are many internet sites who have covered the Hollie Greig case, and many groups exist all fighting for and trying to get justice rightfully done. For at this very minute these paedophiles may be doing what they do to some innocent, vulnerable and probably very frightened child somewhere, and it is wrong.

Justice Hogg cuts the abducted child in half, days before Christmas.
The Judgment dated November 30, 2010, was published by Mimecast.com on the Internet and the Brethertons solicitors provided notice of the location on January 20, 2011 to http://derechoshumanos.tv.
The malice: The father was maliciously held out of the final trial and “they” waited over 50 days to send the Judgment, making impossible to appeal, since the time had already expired and in spite of the pending judicial review against Cafcass, Guardian Ad Litem, The Brethertons Solicitors , Justice Hedley and others.
Sebastian John Raul Pavon Cuellar, a child of three years of age kidnapped from Mexico To England on December 3, 2007 at the age of 8 months old and who’s whereabouts remain concealed and his welfare deplorable has seized to exist.
Justice Hogg on November 30, 2010 on proceedings where the father was maliciously kept out of proceedings, has made a ruling to change the name of the abducted child in favor of the abductor and aiding breach an international settlement agreement under the treaty of the Hague Convention and aiding theft of property, kidnapping, fraud, through child exploitation.
As of November 30, 2010, Justice Hogg punished further the 3 years old child victim of abduction and child abandonment by the mother and sentence him to 15 years without contact to his brother, grandmother, uncles and family as well as deprive the child of his father and his future patrimony, of his background, culture and much more, in favor of the abductor.
The Judgment took place without the father whom was maliciously kept out by fraud and deception from the final trial .
It was until January 20, 2011 the father received Justice Hogg Judgment to find his son had been cut in half and the reception of such judgment on January 20, 2011 made impossible an appeal as the term had expired.

Justice Hogg lied and concealed:
Amongst the concealment of facts proven with evidence records provided by the mother and also provided to Justice Hogg, and such records prove beyond any doubt the fraud of Justice Hogg, her "made up story", fraud by abuse of position, fraud by concealment, fraud by false representation and other criminal acts of Justice hogg to promote kidnapping, fraud, theft and international child exploitation, leaving the abducted child with a family of criminals and the child under full neglect as his medical record proves it:
The following evidence records provided by Samantha Lowry (Abductor) and proves teh factual events:
1) The trip to Mexico was planned May 23, 2007
2) The mother was to arrive to Mexico on May 28, 2007 but did not
3) The mother trespassed into the father homestead and also stolen all records of the father and the child, the father made the police report and requested their help. May 30, 2007
4) The father immediately attempted to return to Texas and file the police reports
5) The father attempted to return the child on June 11, 2007 and on July 22, 2007 to the British Embassy
6) The father did not, even by the words of FBI and Police commit any abduction.
7) The warrant was issued by influences of Tony Blair whom on June 21, 2007 claims publicly to have been talking to FBI and on June 18, 2007 the warrant was issued even when the FBI knew the father left the jurisdiction and had not committed any crime.
8) Justice Hogg removes the motive and fraud: 35 million, plus over 160 acres, plus over 1700 paintings and more, this fraud committed against the parents of the father
9) How the habitual residence was obtained in England? Justice Hedley concealed maliciously the records that proved the kidnapping, and claim he did not find wrongful abduction from Mexico, Justice Hedley also concealed the above and 36 pages of the settlement agreement.
10) Justice Hogg does not speak about the violence of the Lowry against the father and his family and others, ending in murder after the Lowry murder attempts.
11) Justice Hogg does not mentioned the harm of the kidnapping of Sebastian on December 3, 2007 why?
12) Justice Hogg neither mentions the theft of travel documents by Samantha Lowry to prevent the return of Daniel and Seb to their country, and confirmed to have been stolen by her, when she finally delivered them six months later and witnesses by all officials and notary in the International Settlement Agreement Under Hague Proceedings
13) Justice Hogg neither mentions of the pending DNA the mother requested
14) Justice Hogg does not provide the reason why the father did not attempt the final hearing, and was :
A) The father was not in Mexico City and such was information known to the Court
B) The father requested the record required by treaty to be provided, including letter of rogatory and any other record to authenticate such hearing in Mexico for a court of England hearing, where the laws and constitution of Mexico would not be used! Only those of UK on proceedings of fraud, aiding kidnapping at the time the father had not received any records required for an impartial hearing.
C) The father was told the final hearing was on November 23, 2010, in such date, no hearing took place as per the statement of the anonymous guardian, a known liar. Now found to be Mike Hinchliffe.

It appears the Judgment of Justice Hogg was sealed on January 17, 2011, could it be a retaliation of Mike Hinchliffe whom on January 16, 2011, once found to be the fraudulent, corrupt and malicious Guardian Ad Litem was released his name and acts to the public?
While then, by seen http://www.justices.tv (What Justice Hogg Received) and compared with the judgment of Justice Hogg published on the internet by Mimecast.com, is enough to prove all the above true and correct and proves Justice Hogg decided to join the criminal conspiracy of child exploitation, theft, fraud, violence and instead of simply serving Justice, ignored fully the wording on the agreement under Hague proceedings and ignored fully each and every pleadings and records of the father, ignored the evidence, ignored the facts, ignored the suffering and medical report of the child, ignored treaties, ignored the rights of the victms, of the child and her judgment was made 100% Bias: Granting nothing to the father or child, granting all to the abductor.
Justice Hogg, you have become a danger to society, harming permanently children and entire families and generations to come. What you did is not Justice, is HOGG Justice.
Justice Hogg, begin by the beginning, what is Justice to You? Please describe justice in the minimum amount of words for the public to know!
