The following points were discussed and voted on accordingly at the AGM.

RULE CHANGES/ISSUES
- The members decided that the fishery rules would be adhered to.
-
BANKSIDE VEGATATION
If you have overhanging or dead vegitation in your swim, use common sense and lift it clear if it were to interfere with your swim/presentation.
NO UPROOTING OR CUTTING VEGITATION ABOVE OR BELOW THE WATERLINE!
-
NET LIMITS
Fishery net limits will be strictly complied with, if for example the fishery net limit is 50lb, but there is an allowance of 10% ..eg 50lb + 10% = 5lb...Total weight allowed is 55lb.
In this example a weight of 56lb would be counted as a zero weight!
All anglers should bring enough nets to comply with the fishery net limits.
MEMBERS & GUESTS
Guests
- It was decided to allow guests on our matches. Any member may bring a guest to fish. They must however ask the match organisers, Tim Hage or Chris Lever for consent. Members will only be allowed once all member have booked in, due to some venues having limited pegs. The organisers decision is final on the issue of guests. Any guests "turning up" without consent, will not be allowed to fish. There will be no "matchmen" or sponsored type guest allowed, and again the final decision will be with the match organisers.
- Invited guests will be allowed to fish our matches subject to the following conditions..
- Any member bringing a guest, must ensure their guest is aware of all the fishery and Angling section rules.
- The member is responsible for the collection of any monies payable by guests.
- Guests may not enter any pools.
- Guests may only fish following confirmation by the section organisors

- It is completely voluntary.
- GUESTS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ENTER THE POOLS, OR RUN THEIR OWN POOLS.

A.O.B.
- Chris informed the members of the Brigade sponsoring NEW tops for members. An eaxample was shown, and a cost to members. It was discussed that if a member did not wear the Brigade top on Brigade matches, then they would forefit the cost of the top from the section. More details to follow on this soon.
- Members were reminded that trophies were comming back in a poor state, not clean and with damage. This was unacceptable.
- Members were reminded that the two big charity matches require a lot of work to make them successful. Help was needed in all areas, raffle prizes in particular. Members were asked to start thinking about asking for prizes, or donating.
- The website was raised about it needing an update, pictures etc. Simon Glew offered to help in this area. Tim Hage would make him an administrator. Simon agreed to this.
- Members were asked if they could bring a camera or take picures on their mobiles as we are missing a lot of oppertunites to take photos after matches. The photos would be used to update the website.
