Can I skip an appointment if it's not convenient,?
The number of properties in our rounds must stay constant from one time
to the next, so you cannot pick and choose when we visit. If there are
exceptional circumstances that mean you cannot have your windows
cleaned (e.g. you are on holiday, have scaffolding around your property etc)
then you can skip an appointment.
Can you clean my windows on a one-off basis?
No, at present we do not offer 'one-off' cleans
