Terms and Conditions

The client pay directly to care giver
after each visit or with standing order upon request.

If the client has to cancel the service
he/she should do so at least 24hours prior to the appointment, failure to
contact myself will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the  full charge of the service required.

The minimum of services are one hour
per week and one and a half hour fornightly. I will be offering a hoilday cover for loved ones which could be a
one off service in this case the pricing
will be £15 per hour within 10miles.

The client is responible for providing
acccess to the property at the
scheduled time.

I reserve the right to refuse any service
if the condition of the health and wellbeing of my operative is a risk.

Any information regarding the service users or staff must be kept confidential.
