How we work

The cleanliness of your property will improve the more it is cleaned, we will do everything we can to get a gleaming shine from our first visit but it can take a few visits to see the full impact, we are transparent on this and will advise on any issues from the start.

Once you accept our quote and instruct us to proceed with cleaning, we will suggest how often we visit, but you are under no obligation for us to revisit , we can do Weekly, monthly, bi-monthly visits.

Your first clean.

On the first visit we will do everything we can to get a fantastic shine but as mentioned the property will improve the more it is cleaned, we won't keep an eye on our watches, we will stay for as long as is needed. 

Your next visit

The day before your next visit we will telephone/text or email to confirm a rough time of our arrival and ensure it is suitable for yourselves, we will also advise if we need a gate/garage unlocking. we try not to arrive before 9am or after 4pm and try avoid weekends if possible.

On the rare occasion that is beyond our control we may be unable to make the appointment, if this occurs we will reschedule the following day, but we will check with you first.

We accept payment by cash plus we carry card machines if you prefer contactless payment or alternatively you can do a direct bank transfer, all we ask is all invoices are paid within 5 days.
