The Rotary Club of Aberdeen and Deeside has won the Rotary District 1010 AWARD FOR INTERNATIONAL SERVICE for their project to provide piped water supplies to the Kyakatara Health Centre in Uganda.

The picture shows the award,  a model of the Connestoga Wagon, together with from left,  past president Mike Craig,  Doug Nisbet who has recently returned from Uganda and who instigated the project and Jim Crawford International service convenor when the project was initiated.
