The focus for 2011 was on the Kyakatara Water Harvesting Project in Uganda. However the club has also been actively involved in a number of other projects and events including the Rotary International Shoe Box Appeal and our Annual International Night.

International 'Night

The Club hosted a very successful International night on 27 October 2010 when 30 overseas students (from 10 different countries) who are studying at Robert Gordon University were guests at our meeting.  A number of them spoke on their initial impressions of Aberdeen and what they were hoping to do after their post grad course. This was a very enjoyable evening giving the opportunity for the students to “network” with our members.
