TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. If you are successful in winning a bid you will be notified by e-mail.

2. If payment is not received within 14 days of notification, "The Water Warriors" reserve the right to offer the item to the next highest bidder. 

3. Auction items will only be released once payment has been received and ID must be shown at the time of collection.

4. In most cases auction items must be picked up from the Scottish Water offices at Henderson Drive, Inverness, IV1 1TR. Occasionally an item may be available at the donors offices.

5. Auction items can be paid for in two different ways.

      a.Through our Just Giving web page (see links page) by making a donation for the appropriate amount.

      b. By cash at the Scottish Water offices at Henderson Drive, Inverness, IV1 1TR.

6. The time and date when bidding ceases for any item can be extended at any time before the bid has ceased.

7. Auction items can withdrawn from the auction at any point until they have been paid for.
