Welcome,and thank you for coming to have a wee look at my web-site.

For those of you that don't know who I am or what I do, I am a Traditional Scottish Highland Musician, a piper, flute player, whistle player, tutor etc.. and play mostly Scottish and Irish music with a little 'other' stuff thrown in. My music I suppose, has a heavy  Gaelic influence, it being my first language and the language of the area where I was born and brought up in.

The flute I am playing in the picture was built by Michael Grinter from Australia. It is in the key of Bb.The wood is  Red Lancewood. I also play a 'D' and a 'C' by Michael Grinter.
