 The Hinds Head. This was situated by the New College building and the Meteorological Office Headquarters. Both were demolished. The Hinds Head pub made way for expansion and the college was extended and had more floors added on top. I recall sipping a few jars of Jim's ales when I was at the college in the mid 60s. |
