JuPaul cleaning services acp  are committed to providing a professional but affordable cleaning service to meet your needs at home or in the work place. Whether you are looking for a regular house clean or moving home, changing offices or ending your tenancy we have various cleaning options available to deal with whatever budget you have.

All work is checked and verified by a designated supervisor and monitored to provide the highest quality control for the best results. The range of cleans cover general house cleaning, moving in and out cleaning or high end Blitz cleaning for that ultimate deep clean.

 Many people employ casual cleaners to clean their homes and offices preferring to save themselves some money by gambling with the quality of their cleaning. By opting for the cheapest price’s available. The results often speak for themselves.

Here are the range of our services we provide and a price guide to them.

 

GENERAL CLEANING

 

Somehow we can be convinced that taking  the cheapest option is always the best one for us but what we all want is the best quality service but at a fair price.

JuPaul cleaning services acp does not agree with this philosophy but does agree with the principle of a VALUE FOR MONEY AND A QUALITY SERVICE.

 

WHAT YOU GET

 

We provide a team of 2 cleaners allocated to you as required. Cleaning can be agreed with us on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly schedule or to suit your own needs. We provide all cleaning products and vacuum cleaners for our cleaners to use. The cost for this is built into a set price for a slot of time that you can choose yourself. There are 2 cleaning options available .

 

WHAT ARE YOU PAYING FOR WITH A GENERAL CLEAN?

 

A regular clean is our core cleaning service and gives a standard general clean of your property.

 

It consists of dusting and polishing of furniture. Vacuuming carpets and mopping hard floors. Cleaning of kitchen and bathroom areas with cob webbing, dusting of skirting boards and the cleaning of internal windows. Damp wiping surfaces where needed and some tidying.

 

NB. We are aware that in some cases customers mistake cleaning to tidying which is deemed to be a house keeping task. In most cases we will endeavour to tidy where appropriate but this is not part of our cleaning duties as this compromise’s our cleaning time.

 

 

 

COST

 

 

 

GENERAL HOUSE CLEANING RATES 

 

The following is a break down for general house cleans available to you.....

 

PRICES .... starting from

 

2 hours = £20          (This is based on 2 cleaners working for 60 minutes per cleaner)

3 hours = £30          (This is based on 2 cleaners working for 1 1/2 hours per cleaner)

4 hours = £40          (This is based on 2 cleaners working for 2 hours per cleaner)

 

NB.  A 3 hour general clean will cover most three or four bed houses. Options available on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis or as you require.. All teams normally comprise of 2 cleaners that are fully supervised.

 

 

 

ADDITIONAL DEEPER CLEANING OPTIONS

 

For customers contemplating a deeper cleaning option where a general clean won’t do. These three further options are available in order to tackle harder cleaning requirements.

 

 PLUS CLEANING

(Targeted House Cleaning) £65 for 3 hours (2 cleaners working for 3 Hours) plus any additional time if needed of £10 per hour.

 

END OF TENANCY

(Moving in/out cleaning)  (Overall fixed price) see below

 

BLITZ CLEANING

(Deep cleaning) Spring Cleans  (price per room) see below

 

 

 

3 PLUS CLEANING

(Targeted House cleaning)

 

COST

 

A 3 PLUS CLEAN is fundamentally a targeted clean of the key areas of your property. Principally the Kitchen and Bathrooms. We charge £65 as a set fee for three hours work (2 cleaners working for 3 hours) concentrating on a thorough clean of the kitchen and bathrooms. We can further extend the cleaning if required on an hourly rate of £10 per hour.

 

 

A 3 Plus Clean consists of a thorough clean of your kitchen. Wiping surfaces (degreasing) mopping hard floors, vacuuming dusting and cleaning and polishing the fronts of kitchen cabinets and appliances such as fridges, freezers, dishwasher, microwaves and oven. In your bathroom all sinks, baths, toilets, showers and tiles thoroughly cleaned. Floors mopped and windows and mirrors cleaned. NB> (This is not a Blitz clean) see further for details.

 

A 3 plus clean excludes the cleaning of internal cupboards and draws in kitchens and the cleaning of the inside of all appliances otherwise undertaken in a Blitz Clean.

 

 

 

END OF TENANCY CLEANING

 

End of Tenancy cleaning (Moving In or Moving Out cleans) are fundamentally very intensive house cleans that are inspected by us prior to any work being done, and a price agreed on with our clients..  An assessment of the property will be needed and a price agreed on prior to any work being undertaken. Clarification of the work and any special requirements or complexity of the clean will be discussed in depth. When a price has been agreed we expect all payments to be made prior to any work commencing. Work will only proceed when the client has agreed our terms. If the client requires any additional work doing during the cleaning that has not been agreed on a further additional charge will be made. (The client agrees to these terms and conditions before work can proceed)

 

COST

 

For a general guide for the cost of an End of Tenancy clean please see below:

1 Bedroom House/Flat/ Apartment..............£65 to £100

2 Bedroom House/Flat/Apartment.............. £100 to £150

3 Bedroom House/Flat/Apartment...............£150 to £200

4 Bedroom House/Flat/Apartment...............£200 and above

NB. These prices are a guide only and may vary according to the nature and severity of the work to be undertaken. We will not remove or dispose of client’s personal items or rubbish.

We require all cupboards and storage areas to be free of items to assist the cleaning prior to work being undertaken.

 

 

 

BLITZ CLEANING (DEEP CLEANING)

 

For that extra deep clean another option is a full Blitz clean where we charge by the room.

 

For this type of clean there is no time limits. We charge £10 per room for each room cleaned dependant on its size and how long we envisage it may take to complete the work in hand. This is a very intensive clean.

 

Usually a team of 2 or 3 cleaners are used.

 

All work must be inspected and signed off by the client on completion.

 

Terms of Payment.

 

Prior payment and Agreement must be made in full before any work commences.

 

NB. Large single rooms maybe charged depending on size and intensity of the cleaning requirements. All options for this type of cleaning are discussed with a supervisor prior to commencement of work.

 

NB. WE ask all our customers to empty all draws and cupboards(on end of tenant clean) before work begins to facilitate ease of cleaning kitchens and areas with storage cupboards.  This is not a cleaning task but a house keeping task and cannot be undertaken by our staff as this does not constitute cleaning.
