A councillor speaks out about fly tipping at Briton Ferry - and its near a recycling centre!
"It's a tough spot as the waste is cleared but then we are always back to square one. I regularly get messages of complaints from people who live nearby.
"This is being taken seriously and my main objective is to get it cleaned up."
Briton Ferry East councillor Chris James said it was "disgusting".
