NPT Councillor likes parrots
Neath Councillor has three parrots
Councillor Annette Wingrave, who represents the Cadoxton Ward on NPT County Borough Council, says she has three parrots. They are two African Greys and a yellow headed Amazon. Cllr Wingrave had one Grey from young but the other Grey and the Amazon are rescues that she took in.
Whe asked do they talk, the Councillor said they are chattering all day long.
It is nice to know about a councillor who cares for birds to the extent that she rescued two parrots and gave them a home.
