An item more valuable than a Banksy?
It's on the main road at Briton Ferry
It's a horse drinking trough going back in time when horse power really meant live horses.
The trough was once fed by pure spring water and residents were known to queue up and fill containers in times of drought.
It is now one of the 'structures' included in the latest NPT Council planning document.
