COMMENT Friday the thirteenth (December 2019) may go down in history as the turning point in British politics and the fortunes of UK.
It was certainly an unlucky day for some, including Jo Swinton, the leader of the Lib Dems, who paid the penalty for advocating an undemocratic policy on Brexit.
The votes for Labour in Neath Port Talbot dropped as many of their followers 'lent' their votes to the Conservative Party to allow them to carry out the will of the majority and get Brexit over and done with.
It remains to be seen how Friday the thirteenth wiil fare for them.
