Telephone Scam warning
A scam from an International source refers to an automatic renewal of a subscription made in a previous year and quotes a high sum of money.
The scammer may mention your name and address with the name of your bank. Their aim is to get you to give them your bank account details so that the alleged subscription can be cancelled.
It goes without saying that you should not follow their instructions. Your bank details should not be given to anyone, and neither should your credit card details
Don't be influenced by anyone who mentions your name and address and the name of your bank, which they may have hacked from another source
