ALDI plan for Neath
Market research for an ALDI store in Neath
A marketing company is doing a mailshot to Neath residents to find out the interest for an ALDI store near Roman Way in Neath, which is on the opposite side of the main road to the Court Herbert playing fields
The research is being done prior to making a planning application to the NPT Council
There is no doubt that an ALDI store would be an asset to Neath and reduce journeys to their stores in other towns.
It must be said, however, that the road adjacent to the proposed site is one of the busiest in Neath and the traffic lights at Dwr-y-felin Road need a change of sequence as detailed in the website below:
