Moving Banksy
The Banksy artwork has been a wake-up call to the council for the need of a museum.
Currently, art treasures are deteriorating in storage at unknown locations.
A close-up of John Brandler, the Essex gallery owner and art expert who is the new owner of the Port Talbot Banksy. Mr Brandler gives a wave of approval as the artwork arrives at its new location in Station Road. At first glance, it looks as if one of the securing rods is going through his head, what one could call an artistic photograph to suit the occasion.
