Mary MacLennan

Mary passed away last Friday 11th September 2009. It was her 62nd birthday.

Today we went to Mary's funeral. There were so many people there that about 40 of us ended up standing in the foyer for the ceremony! She will be missed by us all.

She was my partner at ceilidh dance class. We had such laughs there! Every time the teacher was watching us, we fell to peices laughing as we tried to waltz together. Neither of us was very good at being the 'man'.  Good times. good memories. I will be thinking of her while I'm having a vodka or two in the Gellions tonight with Schiehallion and the 'Saturday girls".

p.s. In the Gellions tonight, Kenny dedicated 'Scotland Forever' to Mary. She would have loved that!
