Trinity House has given us the new buoy positions to which they will be moved/deployed shortly. The new chartlets will be available on this website as soon as they can be drawn by Imrays and agreed with Trinity House.
Woodbridge Haven:
Deben buoy is to be moved 23m SW approx to 51°59’.298N 001°23’.535E.
Knoll Mid buoy is to be moved 33m SW approx to 51° 58’.755N 001° 23’.392E.
Orford Haven: (Update - buoys now in position)
Orford Haven buoy moved 030° x 400m to a new position of 52º 02'.040 N 001º 28’.383 E.
Oxley buoy deployed in a new position of 52º 02'.200 N 001º 27'.945 E.
Weir buoy deployed in a new position of 52º 02'.317 N 001º 27'.638 E.
Stone Point, Walton Backwaters - dredging (8th April 2014)
Following HHA dredging at Stone Pont, members of Walton & Frinton YC produced a new chartlet. They kindly made it available to us to publish on our Downloads page and includes the club’s advice notes
Foulgers Gat Buoyage to be reinstated (2nd April 2014)
The Long Sand Inner and Outer buoys, removed in 2011 for the London Array construction, are to be returned, together with an extra third buoy, on or around 30th April."
