Fifteen teams went into the hat for the 2010 - 11 Parish Cup draw. They were reigning champions Sandwick, last seasons runners-up Holm, Birsay, Stenness, Sanday, St.Andrews, Burray, Shapinsay, Westray, Eday, Firth, St.Ola and newcomers Stronsay, Orphir and South Ronaldsay.

Sandwick start their defence with a home game against Stenness while last season's runners-up Holm host Westray in a repeat of their first round tie from last season. A contender for tie of the round is the south isles derby between Burray and newcomers South Ronaldsay whilst other newcomers Orphir and Stronsay are both at home to Birsay and St.Andrews respectively.
