Sanday just squeezed past Firth in a very close match which was played at the Commodore in Holm. With the score at 9-7 to Sanday the Sanday boys won the last two singles on the deciding leg to seal a 11-7 win and secure their place in the semis.

The last two quarter final games will be played this weekend. First on Saturday 30th at 5pm at the Quoyburray will be St.ndrews v Birsay who are making their bow in the competition. then on Sunday 31st at the Commodore Holm will take on Stenness with a 2pm start.

Following on from that, once the semi finalists are known the draw will take place in the next couple of days. More details of that will follow
