How to how to work together in school partnership

The Thaksin University Group and Dr.Chatree

1. We have to develop common understanding on action research and role of participants.
    First,leadership partners have to understand how to conduct action research such as what does it mean, how to conduct the research in classroom and so on. Second, the understanding of role of participants should be communicated clearly. Therefore, we will have a seminar for university lecturers, administrators, school teachers, academic mentors, and pre-service teachers.
2. We have to create a win-win situation for all participants. It might be the situation that all of participants get one's own research. The school will gain the product of research such as teaching materials.
3. We also have some concerns regarding to real situation in school. We have to pay attention with all stack-holders such as follows:
    - Administrators must understand and give a good opportunity for teachers to do an action research.
    - Academic mentors have to be qualified to advice pre-service teachers.
    - Parents should be informed clearly about the goals of the action research so that they will open their mind and give a chance for pre-service teachers and the partnerships to conduct the action research in classroom.
    - The gifted students may not appreciate with conducting research in their classroom because they would like to study in the didactic approach for preparing their examination.
