The extanal influence ,  Government is management about curriculum and sand order to school about achivement , NT ,national Test , Entrance Test will be hightly score . and culture of school the seniority sand order and control for support teacher . The Thai students characteristic are shy, fear , and There're difference Previous experience make them to worry to learn and ask the teacher in class

The Internal Influence , The teacher ,I know I have not enough some Knowledge and pure concept some topic for creative questions and teaching  for link prior konwledge to applie new knowledge in context subject. Because I belive  The teacher is a Master of  class , Management and control to take positive thinking and good Attitude concept to my students.
