NPT Council Requirements
A valid copy of the following documents must be held on site for inspection. We also require a valid copy of each for our files during the application process.
Note – if these forms go out of date before the event, a copy is still required and then must be re-sent as soon as possible.
Copy of Public Liability Insurance (NMTF card (copy) or Insurance Policy)
Copy of your hygiene training certificates (food handlers only).
Cost and Choice of Company
It may be helpful to know that Street Stalls and market traders can get insurance on-line and the cost can be as little as £27 per event for Public Liability Cover for £1million.
Beacuse of the choice available we have not mentioned any particular company.
