Neath Cluster Network
Invites have gone to nominated patients, from GP's, to attend a NEATH CLUSTER ENGAGEMENT GROUP.
It wiil deal with PRIMARY CARE which is changing and will continue to change giving patients the care they need.
The aim is to get some ideas of what patients think and what should be done to impove health and wellbeing.
The first Neath Cluster Engagement Group meeting will be held on:
Tuesday, 5th February 2019 from 12:30pm to 3:00pm
at the Castle Hotel , The Parade, Neath.
Invited patients interested in attending should contact 01639 631246 ASAP.
Lunch will be provided and reasonable travel expenses will be paid.
