Mysterious street art appears in Neath

Inspired by Banksy or the real thing?

Last month a Neath Ferret reader wrote an open letter to Banksy and invited him to do something in Neath to highlight the raw sewage that is being dumped in the River Neath near the town centre.

The artwork, alleged to be somewhere in Neath, shows a boy fishing on the river bank and pulling out something unsavoury.

No-one has claimed responsibility.

The preciseness of the artwork suggests the stencil style of Banksy with the camera angle not doing it justice.
