It is the sort of website you can visit over and over again to refresh your memory on community issues raised by readers and the editorial team.
It goes wihout saying that many will miss writing in and the resultant replies. It can be said, however, that the archived letters still stir up the emotions, especially those dealing with issues that really matter and are still outstanding.
