Will noise at the Round Table Carnival see the end of Labour in Neath?

From the letters on our Readers Letters page residents say that they will not support Labour at the next council election unless something is done about the noise generated at the annual event held at the Court Herbert playing fields

Complaints have been received miles away, which indicate the level of the sound.
