Dwr y Felin Traffic lights cause pollution near school

The traffic lights at Dwr y Felin need sorting out to increase traffic flow and therefore reduce pollution.   There is concern about pollution near the Neath College adjacent to Dwr y Felin Road.

Below, as an example, is a sequence that is currently not possible.  The sooner this is sorted out, the better.
