Are council officials biased against Plaid Cymru?

Is there political bias by council administrators?

Its now a week since Cllr Janice Dudley was made Mayor of Neath Port Tablot and the council's website has not been updated.  Readers wonder why.

Is there some sort of political bias towards Plaid Cymru?   Remember the officials were appointed by Labour councillors - so perhaps their political allegiance lies in that direction?

Let the facts speak for themselves.   In the last term of office even the link to the Plaid Cymru Deputy Mayor did not work - see below:

Listed below are the executives of the NPT Council - all appointed/approved by Labour Councillors.   So is their allegiance with the Labour Party?

It is up to Plaid Cymru to show that they are a keen opposition.

With regard to the office of Mayor, there should be no political bias, both by the Mayor and certainly by council officials.

The readers of THE NEATH FERRET will looking closely at the affairs of the NPT Council in the forthcoming months.   They would certainly not like to see a form of stranglehold by Labour members.
