Cars on rails?  Pure fantasy says reader 

In our attempt to look at all the options for the future use of the Neath Valley railway lines, a reader has said that it is pure fantasy (see Readers Letters) to use cars on rail tracks.    We can reveal, however, that Jeremy Clarkson, the former presenter of BBC Top Gear, says that it is the way of the future.

Below we present a video which looks at yet another option:  Caravans on Wheels.   With future leisure time likely to increase this is another possible use for rail tracks that can be used for pleasure and adventure.  

Is this another possible use for rail lines - or is it just another fantasy?
