Changes to refuse bin collections pending?

No council refuse guide calendars have been issued by NPT council due to thought being given to three weekly collections, it is alleged.   Some other councils have aleady changed to a 3 week rota and the situation is being monitored.

Some councils have reported an increase in rat infestations as a result of rubbish not being collected for extended periods.   Give your views on our READERS LETTERS page.
