Neath Councillors afraid to write on computer forums says reader

Three readers have written to express their concenn about the lack of communication by NPT councillors on computer forum websites - this one included.

One reader suggests that some councillors have not got the skill it needs to communicate with computers.

Another reader suggests that councillors are either gagged or simply afraid of being accused of bringing the council or their party into disrepute.
