Problem water at new muti-story car park

Reader writes:  "The council has been boasting about their new multi million pound car park in Neath, I recently used and whilst yes, it looks very good inside but!! It was raining quite heavy on the day and i was amazed by the amount of water running into the car park in many areas, i trust that the council will ensure that this badly designed work will be corrected by the contractors responsible for the build on an urgent basis."

Ed Note....... Normally councils hold back a sum of money until a deveopment proves to be satisfactory.   It remains to be seen if this was done for this project.   Feedback from users, such as the above item, should be appreciated by the council.   It shows the value of this website to those concerned.
