Do you love dogs - or hate them?

This week 'Just Stan' (menu) looks at dogs - and in particular dangerous dogs.  Thousands of people in the UK are bitten by dogs each year.   The problem is more serious than some people thnk.  Read what Stan has to say.

Readers may remember that during the past year Cllr Janice Dudley had the fingers of her right hand badly bitten by a dog when putting a leaflet in a house letterbox.   As a result, this counciller spent a week in hospital where she was in a ward with nine other victims of dog bites - all serious cases.
