A former NPT CBC councillor has written in (Readers' Letters) about the naming of the Neath south access road being called 'Nelson Mandela Way' and suggests a reminder to the BBC comedy series: 'Only Fools and Horses.'

Is the choice of name by the council wise - because some residents are sure to link 'Only Fools and Horses' to the coucillors who support this, judging by the feedback on this website.

Maybe second thoughts are best rather than the council be linked for years to come in the minds of many residents with an evergreen and cherished comedy that is often repeated.  Not only that, but what a temptation for graffiti artists with a sense of humour!
