Neath has hair raising prices

Hairdressers in Neath have been forced to put up their prices because of council tax increases by NPT Council.   One hairdresser told our reporter that it had come to the point where increased costs, due to council tax charges, had to be passed on to the customer.  The barber added that refuse collection charges have also been increased by 100%.    Unlike domestic properties, business premises are charged separately for taking away refuse.
