"Has NPT CBC the SADIM TOUCH?"  Reader asks

An outspoken reader suggests that Neath Port County Borough Council may have the SADIM TOUCH.

The Sadim touch is the opposite of the Midas touch. With the Midas touch, everything you touch turns to gold. With the Sadim touch, you ruin everything you touch.   Another explanation on the Internet is not so kind and says the SADIM TOUCH is when everything you touch turns to 'sh*t'.

The reader supports his thoughts by highlighting some on-going(?) developments in the county borough.
