Stan reports from Westminster

Stan, our weekend feature writer, tell us that the Neath MP., Peter Hain  has recently been signing EDMs in Parliament. Regrettably though not the one relating to the Miner's Strike that he raised in a previous Just STaN column. The one that Stan now refers to is about tickets for the Rugby World Cup and how to best control problems with ticket touts.
