Who paid for councillor fair rides?

NPT Councillors enjoying rides at the fair on the opening night

"I would like to know if they paid for those rides or if they were given free rides as the schoolchildren no longer get tickets for free rides.

Also did those Councillors claim petrol allowance for driving to the event?

Many people could not afford to take their children to the fair as the prices were extortionate yet Councillors appear to be able to enjoy the rides and get paid for doing it."
