What is happening here?

A reader has written in to say that within the last few days a fixed fence at the end of Daphine Road has been replaced by a gate that is wide enough for plant vehicles to pass through.

What is happening here?  The Leiros Park proposed local development plan is still in the discussion stage and objections are still being handed in - the final date being 15th October 2013.

So why are moves being made before planning permission is granted?   Is someone taking the result for granted?   Who is responsible for this?   Who knows something that we don't?

The relevant councillors for the area have been informed about this.   Questions must be asked and answers must be given.
