Pen-y-wern story deleted

We deleted the item of the Caewern/Leiros Parc junctions on the Pen-y-wern Road after seeing a Google aerial view of the area because we thought it rather deceiving.   We now believe that a roundabout is not the answer.   Below is the aerial photo we looked at.

No doubt some other form of traffic control will be considered because of the traffic flow from four different directions.
