What is this mystery structure at Dwr-y-Felin Road in Neath?   (Part 1)

No matter what angle you look this structure from the road, there is no telling what it actually is or what it is for.

However, we can tell you that this is likely to become a big issue over the next few weeks.

The Neath Ferret is looking at a matter that concerns many hundreds of residents in the Caewern / Waunceirch area of Neath.
